You will be charmed by the aperitivo composed of raw Italian products, olives ascolane and other frito misto. To continue on that note, you may awaken your senses and order the whole carte both authentic and sensual, with an incredible richness between earth and sea: antipasti with porchetta of rabbit and ribollita, piatti principali composed of a risotto with pigeon and tarragon or a scaloppine of veal, prosciutto and black olives or pasta fresca with fondant texture, like fusilli with bonito and red onion or seafood gnocchi with basil or filled ravioli of pumpkin to dolci, a genuine but light panna cotta or an homemade ice cream.
As a reminder of the roots of Il Cuoco Galante, there will always be a revisited recipe from the Italy 18th century or 19th century. In honor of the sharing value, there will always be à la carte a dish to share, even a menu to share, to accompany exclusively with Italian wine.
